What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through this site:
- Request forms: your name, email address, phone number (where requested), website address, business name, the services or areas you're interested in, and any notes you write.
- Email and phone: whatever you share when you contact us directly.
- Technical information: like most websites, the hosting service may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.
Analytics and advertising measurement
This site is set up so that analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking or the Meta Pixel) can be added. If we turn them on, they may collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, and we will update this page to say so.
Why we collect it
To reply to your message, to prepare for any conversation we have with you, and to discuss and provide our services. We don't sell your information.
Who sees it
Form submissions are stored in the Wix account used to run this website, and Wix hosts and processes the site on our behalf. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We may also use email and other business tools to reply to you. We don't share your information for others' marketing.
If we send you commercial email, we'll do so only with your consent, we'll identify ourselves clearly, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it or stop contacting you, by emailing info@volodream.net. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
